Kegels exercise is a work out invented by Dr. Arnold Kegel which involves contracting pelvic muscles. This is a proven method in strengthening male erections as well as preventing premature ejaculation. Scientists also say that this can help reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction

The Pelvic Floor Muscles are the same muscles used to control urination.

n Kegels Exercise are usually done in sets wherein pelvic floor muscles are contracted and released repeatedly.

Here are a few methods:

Quick pumps

Try doing 15 reps of quick pumps, rest for half a minute and repeat. From 15 you can increase the number of reps as you can.

Hold and release

Contract the Pelvic floor muscles slowly and hold or 5 seconds, release gradually. Do at least 25 reps two times a day.

The Elevator

Slowly contract the muscles 1/3 of the way, pause, and then 2/3 of the way, pause, then all the way. Do 10 reps twice a day.
